Meet the Team

Jennifer Ritchie

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor

Founder

Jennifer specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate substance use and recovery, trauma, burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, and relationship difficulties. With extensive experience in substance use treatment and a CAADC credential, she understands that recovery is about more than stopping a behavior—it is about healing the experiences and relationships beneath it and building a life worth staying connected to. Jennifer also shares a passion for supporting military members, veterans, first responders, law enforcement, firefighters, EMS professionals, social workers, healthcare professionals, and other helping professionals who carry the weight of caring for others.

Jennifer’s training is grounded in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, and Relational Life Therapy (RLT), with Level One of RLT completed and continued training toward certification. She draws from these approaches to provide individualized, compassionate, and practical care, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique experiences, goals, strengths, and needs. Her approach helps clients understand the patterns beneath their struggles, develop effective tools for change, heal from difficult experiences, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Lexi (Alexandra) Gabridge

EMDR Therapist

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor

Lexi believes that people are capable of growth, even when they cannot yet see that possibility for themselves. She has always been drawn to understanding people—their experiences, perspectives, relationships, and the stories that have shaped who they are. What began as a natural curiosity about others developed into a passion for helping people recognize their strengths, understand themselves more deeply, and find their own path forward.

As an LMSW and CAADC, Lexi works with adults, navigating trauma, relationship challenges, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, self-esteem, and the stressors that can make life feel overwhelming. She especially enjoys working with professionals and first responders and understands the unique pressures that can come with being the person others rely on.

Lexi's approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, authentic, supportive, and transformative. Her work draws from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE). She believes that behaviors, emotions, and coping strategies often make sense when we understand the experiences that shaped them. Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with you?” she invites clients to explore, “What happened, what did you learn along the way, and what do you need now?”

Lexi believes therapy should be a place where you can bring your whole self without fear of judgment. There can be difficult conversations and meaningful challenges, but there can also be humor, warmth, curiosity, and hope.

Her goal is not to tell you who you should be or how you should live your life. It is to help you understand yourself, recognize patterns, discover your choices, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have become lost along the way.

Lexi believes one of the most meaningful parts of being a therapist is holding hope for someone until they are able to hold that hope for themselves.
